No wifi in apartment, everything else was great

Perfect for a family holiday. The kids playground at the property ist super.

It was clean and tidy, comfy, well equipped. The stuff was flexible, and biker friendly.

The wifi was not good, but i had my own mobile hotspot.

Very nice apartment, clean, kids loved the garden and the playground. The apartment is close to the beach. Quiet and safe neighbourhood.

It would be nice to get the message from the owner about the details of the check in ( Where are the keys, how to open the gate). There are no wine glasses ;). Would be nice to have small lamps in the living room ( The bedside lamps in the bedroom weren't working, or we didn't know how to turn it on ;)

Very poor wi-fi. To be true the was only one spot outside the room where it was working.

Superb apartment, very clean and modern, interesting bunk beds for kids to play in. Beautiful green surrounding. The property manager was very helpful and kind, we forgot an item in the apt and he arranged for us to pick it up a few days later.

The kitchen is very modestly equipped, with no cloth or basic spices. No internet in the apartment.

We stayed at one of the apartments on the first floor. Our apartment was nice and spacious, looking exactly like the pictures. Everything was fairly new. The apartment is just a minute from the lake. Some of the listed facilities were not in the room, but we received them quickly after asking for them (e.g., a hairdryer). Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

No Internet or signal, uncomfortable spare beds

It's a very nice apartment near the lake side,the lobby is so spacious that you can cook with your friends.The bathroom is clean and big. The bed is soft and comfortable so we sleeping very very very well!!

Quite new property, well located short walking distance to Lake, helpful and polite staff.

Several things spoiled our stay in this potentially nice property. 1) it was stated that there is a free parking at the property however after 5 pm the gates were closed and it was not possible to drive in or out of the property. At the reception it was said that other quests had remote controller for car gates, it was promised to give one gate controller to us, but it was never found. We had to leave the car on the street during all stay. 2) there is ongoing old building demolishing just next to property and room terrace. It was 2 terrible days with lot of noise and dust during all day. Not possible to open windows due to dust outside, not even imagining sitting on the open dusty terrace! 3) I believe all booking fares and extra charges should be included in the room rate or stated in the comments for what the quests will have to pay as additional charge. In our case City Tax was not included in booking rate and not commented in booking.com that there will be any additional extra charges on top of booking rate. During check out we were requested to pay City tax additionally to booking rate and at the reception it was simply acknowledged that the comments about the Tax are not reflected in the Booking.com and have to be paid extra. Amount is not big, but common, it should be about transparency and fair pricing!
