NP Kamenjak is overcrowded in the peak seson. You have to go there early in the morning.
We booked and paid for an apartment with two bedrooms. When we arrived at the place, we were given a larger room with a kitchenette, dining table, full bed plus the bathroom, but not a second bedroom. After our complaint, the lady offered us a separate studio on the ground floor as a second bedroom, to which there was no direct access from the apartment on the first floor. Such a combination did not meet our expectations of what we booked, so we refused the studio and stayed the entire stay in the one-room apartment for the price of a two-bedroom apartment. I don't know if the fault is on the side of the accommodation provider or booking.com, from the description on the booking.com website we had the feeling that we would be staying in the main building and not in the annex, which is not in any of the photos on the website. It should certainly be stated in the description of the accommodation that of the three two-bedroom apartments offered, only two are in the main building and the third is not what the customer imagines under a two-bedroom apartment. The exact address is also missing in the description. The navigation led us to the place, but no one was waiting for us there, the telephone contact given in the booking confirmation was not available. In all the pictures, the building is on the opposite side of the driveway, so we weren't sure if we could enter the courtyard through the gate with sign Beware of a bad dog!
After all, the bad dog was very friendly…
