Great location right in the Main Street of Weymouth. Spacious apartment with good kitchen appliances. Very clean. App had good information on parking etc. Thai restaurant downstairs was great. Keys easily picked up from lock box outside apartment front door on Main Street and combination given clearly via text message shortly before check in time. Overall fairly good value for money.
The church bells are no joke - they ring every hour on the hour and every half hour. Did wake us up a few times during the night but overall didn’t impact our stay too much, however definitely something to consider if you are a light sleeper. The windows are really not sound proof at all - they are original sash windows which is a nice original feature of the property but the noise from the church bells and the street in general is very loud, especially on weekend evenings when the public are out at the pubs on the streets directly outside the apartment. We were staying in apartment 2 which is the top floor flat - the stairs are very steep and narrow which is well advertised in the apartment information but it really is quite difficult to get up there especially with luggage. Although resident permit car parking is available, it is really difficult to find a space in the permit area as it is very busy, so best to look at paid car park options in advance too. The shower pressure was quite bad and in general the shower was very small - no room to lift arms above head.

It is centrally located just on the high street, closer to the beach and the town to explore all just outside the door.
The church bells are a surprise but they have been playing since King George III and you get used to them that was a good way of thinking how peacefully we have spent our time here.

The flat was well equipped and items were clearly labelled with instructions. There was an informative app with recommendations for food etc. and instructions about facilities. It would have been helpful to have key information about WiFi and departure day details in paper form too as there was an initial difficulty receiving the text with the app download instructions.
The bedroom would benefit from double glazed windows and curtains. The street was very loud and busy on Friday and Saturday night and at this time of year the sun comes in quite early. This meant that we did not get a couple of good nights of sleep ahead of a long drive. The bathroom, particularly the shower needs to be cleaned better and there are areas of dampness on the bathroom walls.
