Simple but comfortable seaside residence

Great location in the northern end of the island. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time

Only gripe was the “nat” infestation in the bathroom. The property manager said she would address this with the owners immediately

Fantastic holiday house with all the service you need for a great holiday.

We stayed for 2 weeks and loved everything about the house. Situated on the north end of Hin Kong beach, the house feels very private, with little footfall. The large veranda is incredible, we spend blissful hours on the hammock and couch. At out time of visit there was a constant breeze, making the temperature outside very comfortable. The interior is nicely decorated and very well stocked with everything you need, including the kitchen. Everything worked, and it was very clean.The house really delivered the best of two worlds: the space and privacy of a holiday home and the maintenance service of a resort. It got cleaned every day, towels and bed linen got changed, coffee and water was restocked, beach strip was cleaned everyday, and whenever we needed something the house keeper was at hand. We would not hesitate to come back.

Hip home in Hin Kong

We had a wonderful stay here! The cottage has everything you could possibly need. Its cosy and comfy but best of all the killer view from the terrace! We had all our meals there and loved how the sea changed hourly. Yiu can walk along the beach for an espresso or a fabulous dinner, all a 5 - 10 minute stroll. Its central to the yogi quarter so full of yummy, healthy places to eat. Nadege was super fast to reply to all our messages and her team made sure our stay was perfect.

Hing Kong is close to the road so you may hear some noise but honestly the lapping of the waves drowned out this..

The most amazing accomodation on Koh Phangan! Modern, comfortable and in the best location!

This was the absolute BEST accommodation we stayed in during our holiday in Thailand. The owners are so friendly and met us when we arrived. They even provided us with a baby high chair, which was super handy. The house is awesome - right on the beach (which almost feels like your own private beach at times) and you can watch the sunset every day. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with everything you need, including fresh coffee and a big jug of water that gets refilled. The bedroom is super comfy. The villa has recently been renovated and feels brand new. The cleaners are really friendly and come everyday to change all the sheets and towels. The location is awesome as you can just walk to Indigo Cafe and 7-11 plus local shops and restaurants. We loved, loved, loved this house and even extended our stay longer. I've already recommended it to other friends as the best place to stay in Koh Phangan!

A lovely place; patronising owner.

The house is lovely. The big bed is comfortable. The terrace has a great view and a breeze. Yes, there is no sea in the morning, but we knew that before we arrived — it was not an issue for us. There were no flies in the bathroom. The shower was weak and lukewarm, but it did not bother us in that heat either. There was tea, coffee and a few drinks in the fridge — which was so thoughtful! I only wish more places did that. There are nice bars on the beach within minutes walk. Unfortunately, due to the accident (see below), we did not see much else.

The low rating is the answer to the question “how was your stay?” Our stay was very stressful and it was made unnecessarily more stressful by Damian. My husband had a stupid accident on the first day. We received no sympathy, support or “anything I can do to help?”. Damien was patronising on the phone and argumentative when we met, making the whole situation even more distressing. My husband spent two days in the hospital, including a surgery to stitch back on flesh to his shin. There was a lovely family next door, who helped me and the kids on that first day. Nadege did message me the following day with her telephone number. But it was really rather too late by then. We would have appreciated help on the first day, especially negotiating hospital matters. It was totally unnecessary for Damien to be so patronising. In addition, upon Damien’s repeated advice, we missed our diving trip. We had to pay off the instructors for wasted time. He assured us that diving boats never leave on time (he has lived there for 8 years, he knows). Bringing scooters a little late should have been fine. Well - the diving boats do leave on time. And keeping 30 people waiting on the boat is rude, in my opinion. Please, take any sentence that starts “I have lived here for 8 years” with a pinch of salt.

Amazing sunset views

The house has fantastic sunset views. The house is exactly like the pictures. What you see is what you get. Nadege and her husband are very friendly and helped us with a car rental and everything we needed. Highly recommendable.

Spacious romantic villa on a great location

The spacious villa was comfortable and designed very well. We especially loved the terrace with the sofa and hammock and the kitchen was perfect and well equipped. The view and the privacy fit romantic vacation. Nadije was very nice and helpful

Cockroaches appeared every evening in the bathroom, and it would've been good to have fan out in the terrace.

Perfect place on the beach

Location is amazing, right on the beach and close to great restaurants. The space around the bungalow is beautiful and great for our 4year old to safely explore. Everything inside the bungalow is of a good standard, Nadege and Damien are great hosts. We booked 2 weeks here and extended to 3, could happily have stayed longer.

Only tiny problem was there were lots of little black flies in the back of the house (possibly due to recent renovations disturbing their nest). The owners were trying to solve this problem so I don’t think it’ll be a long term problem.

Beautiful sea front house

Perfect location! Can’t be more beach front we loved it! Great hosts and easy to communicate with, always helping with everything. Super clean (daily housekeeping) and well maintained. Good restaurants around and 100m from 7/11. We will come back for sure and for longer next time!

Dream holiday home

It was a beautiful, clean, spacious house. My partner and I stayed for 9 nights. What an absolute dream it was. Waking up to see the calm ocean on our front balcony. Sitting in the hammock was one of my favorite things to do. The house gets the perfect sunset view! The bed was super comfortable and all the furnishings were beautiful. The location is prime between Thong Sala and Srithanu. Super quiet yet close to everything you could want. We rented a bike too from the owners which was very convenient. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Perfect stay

Location is amazing! Real Beach front you have the sea at your doorstep! Perfect for a getaway from BKK city. Wifi is good for work and Nana the host was really nice and always available for any request. They have their own motorbikes for rent and she gave me lots of tips about the island. Smart tv with Netflix (even if I dont watch often it’s nice to have it) There is no A/C but you really don’t need with the sea breeze and she was right I needed a blanket the night!! There is a cafe just opposite the house Indigo Cafe it was really good for breakfast, and plenty of restaurants around walking distance, I loved Anutta cheap and really good thai food.
