Very nice place, recommended

Smart new studio, large, clean, good facilities, and storage, felt safe, train and bus stations 3 minutes, Edeka supermarket 3 minutes, town centre 5 minutes

Excellent one-week stay for a conference

I was in Goerlitz for one week for a conference and was very, very happy with my choice to stay in this apartment. It was less than a 5 minute walk from the train station, which was manageable even with my big suitcases. It was a 12-15 min walk through the lovely streets to get to the conference venue. I loved having an equipped kitchen to make my own food in. The bed was super comfy and the shower was good. Everything was very clean and functional. The host was very friendly and fast to respond to messages. Highly recommend!

Not a particularly good view out the window, with some sort of building under construction. But that wasn't important to me and there was no construction noise so it wasn't an issue.

Comfortable location hold by super welcoming guest.

Owner super helping us, showed us the surrounding and waited for us to give personally the keys despite we arrived late (21H00). He upgraded us to higher standard. Room is super clean, clean to the city center and with 2 shopping center at walking distance. Balcony available to take some fresh air in the evening. Room was not directed to the sun, which is good.

Parking in the street (which does not depend on the owner) and there is inside parking but you need to pay 5 eur per day... Except this, nothing we did not like.

Es hat eigentlich alles gepasst. Sehr guter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Für Autofahrer etwas enge Zufahrt, geht aber und ist mit 5€ günstig. Eine Pad-Maschine zB. Nespresso wäre spitze ;-)
