Located in Red River, this attractive house for $359 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Jayhawk Cottage is located in town and has enough room to sleep 12 comfortably. Upon entering the home from the spacious front porch there is a nice area for you to take your shoes off or your winter gear so you can get comfortable immediately. If you had a little too much fun on your latest Red River AtV adventure there is a laundry room upon the entrance with a washer and dryer. The home has a full-size kitchen with an open concept. The living room is centrally located in the house and has plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably as you talk about your Red River adventures of the day as well as a queen sleeper sofa. The home also has a large dining table that sits eight (with the extra leaf) and the kitchen island can be used as a bar for additional eating area. By nature most think of a cottage as being small, however this cottage has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! The master bedroom is located off the living room on its own side of the house with a master bath ensuite that has a garden tub and walk-in shower. On the other side of the living room is a bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle! The kids would love that! As you go down the hallway, you will find an additional three bedrooms that have queen size beds and a full-size bathroom on each side of the hallway. This is a great convenience for large groups. There is a large porch both in the front and the back of the house. In the back of the home, there is a ramp that leads to the back porch for which makes this ideal for anyone that uses a wheelchair. Whether booking direct or through a third party, all reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay. This home does have High Speed WiFi, direct tv, DvD player and there is plenty of trailer parking. It's a good choice if you have someone who works remotely! Sorry, this home does not allow pets. No Smoking Please wash or start dishwasher and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust refrigerator temperature.

The Jayhawk Cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay! We had 6 adults & 3 children & it was roomy & sufficient for us. We would love to stay there again.

We stuaed at the Jay cottage with 5 couples for the River Run and the place was perfect! Very comfortable and had the ammenities we needed. Beautiful views and we all had a great time.

Jayhawk cottage was perfect for our large family get away. Ages ranged from 3 months to 85 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryers, curling iron, coffee, filters) There were plenty of throw blankets & pillows, books and family games. We were impressed with the amount of dishes and silverware in the cottage. The only thing we missing was wine glasses. The location to everything was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the JayHawk Cottage very much. Loved the fact that it was handicap accessible, made it easy to get our family member's wheelchair in and out with ease. Kitchen had everything you need, just bring your own food and drinks! Red River weather was cool enough to just open the windows and enjoy the cool mountain air. Our family enjoyed the open floor plan and plenty of space for our family. Contacting the Reservations office was simple and they responded to our need to get the back door unlocked within minutes after calling. Superb customer service. We will look to stay there again!

The property is wheelchair accessible which made this get away trip doable. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living space to gather and enjoy meals and play games. This is a nice, warm, and welcoming home.
