Direct on the beach, clean, good people working there
The only thing sometimes the hot water was fluctuating but we got along :)

The facilities, i.e. lovely pool, the staff (very polite and attentive)
The management; too far from Saranda’s port and promenade and located on a very windy area of the seashore or, maybe, we were unlucky to get strong wind every day during our stay.

The hotel rooms are quite new and the hotel is very well located. The cleaning staff is extremely courteous.
During our entire stay not a single person from the staff at the reception or bar/breakfast said "Hi" or "How can I help?". For the first time in my life I felt like I was in a staged hotel. Very bad feeling.
