About this apartment rental
Our beautiful, two bedroom / 2 bathroom fully refurbished, air conditioned apartments with spectacular sea views are two of the best located sea view apartments on the popular Upper Monte Dourado Resort in the centre of Carvoeiro. Beach, restaurants, shops and bars are only a couple of minutes walk away. Located within a cluster of six apartments (two high by three wide) with amazing sea, beach and village views from the lounge, kitchen, balcony & master bedroom. Free wi-fi. Two swimming pools (one heated in off season) and children's pools with ample sunbeds and parasols are just a few steps away at the rear of the apartment. The Tennis Courts on site are only a couple of minutes walk away. Entrance hallway leads to all rooms. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and consists of:- Fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/dining room with log burner and air conditioning, 2 refurbished bathrooms with electric heater and heated towel rail, 2 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, ample storage facilities and good sized well furnished south facing balcony with spectacular sea, beach and village views. PLEASE NOTE: electricity costs are not included in rental price during the months from November to March (electric meter is read and payment is made at resort reception prior to departure). We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Eva. It was clean and very comfortable. The Monte Dorado estate is well kept with lovely plants and flowers. The two pool areas literally steps from the front door were great after a day of sight seeing. With amazing views from the balcony and easy access to the town Casa Eva is in a perfect location. But you do need ear plugs on karaoke nights!

We were 3 adults staying at Casa Eva Sol Vista. This VRBO is perfect! Clean, quiet, well supplied, and an excellent location. Lovely view from the deck. Close to stores, great restaurants, and the beach. A great spot to base yourself for visiting the Algarve. Folks here are very friendly and helpful. Sally gave us great instructions and checked on us to make sure all was going well. We highly recommend this as a vacation spot. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location and the balcony view was fantastic. Morning coffee and evening star gazing on the balcony was perfect. Easy access to the town and restaurants. Only issue was the late night bar noise on the weekend.The host was gracious enough to call during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The apartment was well equipped and instructions for everything was easy and well written.

Property is ideally located just a short walk to the town of Carvoeiro with it's many shops and restaurants. The walk to town does involve some up/down hill climbing but good exercise.The view from the property is spectacular and you just cant get enough of it.The property (apartment) cleaning schedule was maintained as decsribed and very satisfactory for our stay.Any concerns were attended to immediately by the property owner (host) who was always available to communicate with.Ammenities such as pool(s), tennis were available and maintained well by property management.Highly recommended.
