Good location close to train station, quiet area

Spacious room for two people, clean bathroom and kitchen with everything we needed for our stay . The most we liked was the mattress , it was a great relief after a long day . Just in front there is a pool facility enjoyable until night.

So far everything was really nice , nothing to complain about.

Very friendly staff, everything was clean including the kitchen facilities, supermarket and a few shops nearby, close to an RER station.

The hotel was kind of hard to find as it shares the address with student accommodation under another name. Online pictures of common areas were a little misleading (no lounge area as shown).

The location of the accommodation is a nice quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the metro which gives 15 minute ride to the center. The room was clean, bathroom too, it had everything needed for a short stay. 10 minutes from the accommodation there is a supermarket that works until 10 pm.

We arrived at 1 am and a day before the travel I informed the hotel via booking that we need a late check in and indicated midnight in a request which was accepted by the hotel. When we arrived and took the room access card by the provided instructions, it did not work, the door to our room would not open. We called and messaged the emergency contact number, the person did not speak any English, so we had to use Google translator to continue the communication. Instead of apologizing for their mistake with the room access card, there were multiple questions to understand who were we and which room we booked even though I indicated my name from the beginning of the conversation. This took more around 30 minutes until the person figured out that we booked the room and finally gave the instruction on how to get new room access card only after we started to push him to do so. This situation was unprofessional from the hotel side. Regarding the stay, the towels had stains on them, the kitchen area had some sort of ventilation noise but it is not noticeable. The cleaning was not provided during 3 nights stay.
