Cleanliness was good and beds were comfortable. Access was easy through key safe outside door. (Paid and unpaid) parking in front of the building. Supermarket in front.
A to of stairs to reach the top floor.
The door between bedroom and bathroom is made of (sandblasted, matte) glass. This could not be to everyone's taste. I regretted that there was no watercooker in the room to make our own coffee/tea.

Very good location, driving distance to the Valle dei Templi (Agrigento) and the famous Scala dei Turchi beach. It is also close to the main port and it is located within a vibrant neighbourhood, with stores, bars, and restaurants. Spacious room and bathroom. the terrace had a nice view of the port. Easy to check in and check out.
The apartment was in the last floor. Be mindful there is no elevator, if travelling with luggages. We also had an issue with the shower: there was not warm/hot water (though we think it was just a random issue).

Rozanna the owner was very friendly and clearly keeps the rooms in top condition despite being visibly 9 months pregnant. The bathroom/shower is very high quality and the mattress was comfortable. Rozanna recommended two nearby restaurants of which we tried one (Scrusciu du Mari) which proved beyond superb!! There is also a good minimart right across the street.
We were unaware of the need to climb 64 stairs to get to the apartment - this was agony for my wife who has mobility impairment, and needs to be more clearly marked on the site description!!! Rozanna's English is basic so there is potential for miscommunication (did not happen with us).
