دفعت 300 يورو كاش وديعه واخذت الموظفة 20 يورو بحجة رسوم بلدية مع انها بالحجز موجوده هالرسوم وايضا كنت ابي الشالية الارضي وعطونا العلوي بحجة مافيه ارضي كلها فل الاثنين والسعر غالي 2500 الليله ع غرفتين وصاله وحمامين ومطبخ

الإطلالة والموقع وتوفر بطاقة زيلامسي الصيفية (بالطلب) ووجود مواقف مجانيه وحديقة مطلة على البحيرة مع وجود ممشي جميل وتتوفر مروحة في كل غرفة في السكن
السعر مرتفع جداً عدم وجود شطاف في دورات مياه وجود رسوم على غسالة الملابس

Right in front of the lake, and the modern design of the interiors.
1. the lawn mower robot is always on which makes the grass always have the waste on the ground. you can’t walk to the lake without getting your shoes dirty and you will have to take off your shows outside the apartment. 2. the most annoying thing is the EUR 300 deposit you have to pay in cash when you arrive. There are many safe online gateway solutions for the payments but the owner chose to collect it in cash when he’s free to pass by. otherwise he will call and send endless messages until you pay. moreover, he does not give you any cash receipt document which seemed suspicious, and when I asked for one he pulled the first paper he saw, which was a medical report, and wrote few sentences stating the amount but forgot to write the names and sign it. I laughed when I received it. these little things annoyed me and I wouldn’t go back unless they change.
