The welcoming staff esp Ginny. The hostel had a warm cosy vibe. V clean. The capsule is quite a good size, mattress is good, don’t feel cramped. I slept well but it’s mainly attributed to who you get as dorm mates. While I was there, it was surprisingly quiet and everyone is considerate. I like that it’s a ladies hostel so security and safety are even better.
The location is away from Central things near Esentia river with a new walking path.

This was the best stay we had on our Central Asia trip. We booked the private apartment for 2 and the facilities were as amazing. There was a little kitchen in the room, a wardrobe, an iron and board and a washing machine that was very useful after a long trip.
The room was huge and spacious and the toilet was comfy and clean with clear wet and dry areas. It’s located in a nice neighbourhood area with a nice cafe Vanilla nearby. The closest metro is 5-10 mins away. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was the most comfortable stay we had so far!
Everything was perfect except the air condition made some loud noises at night but not too big of an issue because we slept so well thru the night.

The apartment room was very spacy and comfortable. The bed was huge, everything was equipped for one-night stay. There are cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes' walk, and some restaurants were open late at night.
The wall facing the street had huge windows, so it wasn't very sound-proof (relatively quiet neighborhood). Also, to get to the hotel reception and to the room, you need to walk under a row of air conditioning units which drip on your head. I was never lucky enough to walk there without feeling water dropping on my head.
