The Master and guest bedroom are on the main level, sporting Queen-sized beds. Up above, through the metal spiral staircase, you'll find a loft space overlooking the main area of the home with a bedroom on either side (Full, 2 Twins) and an additional bathroom.  This home has two parking areas, an open deck, and a lower level with access to the laundry. Newly added paved parking pad leads down into a firepit area next to the house, which then continues either to the front door or the rear steps up to the deck. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased. *Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed. For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
