About this house rental
While only 5 minutes from downtown Waynesville, the townhome is nestled on a private wooded hillside. Our property offers all the necessary amenities, including linens, a laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, big porch with outdoor dining set and a gas grill. The comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom ensures a good night's rest. The guest room also has a king-sized bed. The open concept of the renovated kitchen allows you to spend more time with the family while cooking. Open the windows for the cool breezes and enjoy the sound of Lickstone Creek!

This property is FANTASTIC! It has a great location looking out into the trees, it is beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you could need to enjoy a short or extended stay.On arrival, we immediately noted the nicely folded towels in the kitchen and bathroom, the nice notes and "reminders" trough out the place, the great layout and cleanliness. The place was SPOTLESS! We all agreed we would stay here again!The ONLY negative was the ceiling fans in the bedrooms - particularly the Primary. They made a noise after being on for just a few moments. That was a bit disturbing during the night. But it would not keep us from returning.

We loved our view of the mountain Ridge, especially since we were on the side of the mountain up above The houses below us. The entire house was comfortably outfitted, yes, even the good toilet paper instead of the scratchy stuff. It was very peaceful and quiet. Everything we wanted and needed was there.

This is our second visit and we enjoyed it maybe even more than the first time. Everything you need is available. It would be nice if there was a tv in one of the bedrooms BUT that would never stop us from renting this townhouse again. 🥰. Thanks for sharing your property with us.
