About this house rental
Relax with loved ones at this peaceful retreat, just 5 mins from Downtown Waynesville - the Gateway to the Smokies! Hiking, fishing, & skiing awaits! Grill out and sit around the firepit, overlooking beautiful mountain views while listening to the babbling creek that flows through the property. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, this home is perfect for small families or a couple's retreat. Equipped with all of the essentials necessary for comfort & relaxation!
The space
This home boasts southern charm, with the perfect front porch for rocking, and expansive back yard for yard games, fires, and grilling. One bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. A full bathroom is off the hallway, and the half bathroom is attached to the second bedroom.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, Smart TV, and all of the accessories you need for your mountain getaway.
This is truly a home away from home where you will feel stress melt away as you sit and enjoy the mountain views while sipping your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice. Soak in the beautifully landscaped backyard while listening to a babbling creek with tiny waterfalls!
The Blue Ridge Parkway is only 10 minutes away, giving you quick access to many beautiful overlooks, hiking, swimming, fishing galore!

Guests will have access to the entire home but must park in the driveway and not in the garage.

The home is on a quiet dead end street along with other residences. We ask that our guests respect our neighbors by adhering to quiet hours between 9pm and 7am. All guests must follow house rules including no parties, no smoking, and no pets.
