L’appartement est absolument magnifique, avec une qualité de matériaux et de finitions remarquable. Tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de goût, dans un esprit de luxe discret, élégant et parfaitement intégré à l’environnement.
Spilia signifie « grotte » en grec, et le nom prend ici tout son sens : on a réellement l’impression de se retirer dans une grotte contemporaine et raffinée, un cocon calme et voluptueux ouvert sur la mer. La terrasse et la vue sont sublimes et procurent une sensation de sérénité assez exceptionnelle.
L’appartement est également extrêmement confortable, parfaitement équipé et très agréable à vivre. On s’y sent immédiatement bien, au point d’avoir envie d’y rester simplement pour profiter du lieu.
Enfin, l’accueil est à la hauteur de l’endroit : chaleureux, attentionné et très professionnel. Un merci à Alex pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son aide précieuse pendant mon séjour, notamment lorsqu’il a cherché des solutions pour me permettre de prolonger mon séjour à Sifnos alors que Spilia était complet.
Une adresse exceptionnelle à Kamares, que j’ai quittée à regret et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
Quitter Spilia retreat 😉

Beautiful property, I would live here if I could! Such a nice location just steps from the port and near the Kamares beach. Wonderful host who is extremely accommodating. Nice and quiet and peaceful. Can sit outside and enjoy the quaint view of the port city, the churches, and the sea.

A really beautiful place to spend some quality time just enjoying Sifnos in a very serene atmosphere near the dock but away from all the activity associated with a people getting on and off the ferries. There’s a nice little deep water beach nearby where you can swim off the dock or you can walk a little further to a pebble beach. Sifnos main beach is probably less than a half mile away and very refreshing on a hot summer day. Plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby for your dining options. There’s a small market in town if you want to cook for yourself since the apartment has a nice kitchen overlooking the beautiful town of Kamares. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your Sifnos getaway. Eleni and her son, Alex, are perfect proprietor’s guiding you through your stay without being intrusive. We had actually planned to drive through all of Sifnos but instead decided to just enjoy this little slice of paradise.
There wasn’t anything in particular that I didn’t like, the location is pretty good although streets in Sifnos can be steep but that’s the same throughout the whole town and throughout all Greek islands once you step away from the main streets.
