Petit logement fonctionnel et propre à petit prix.
Propriétaire réactif pour répondre à toutes les questions.
Intermarché proche et un bon primeur juste en face.
L'annonce précise la présence d'un jardin et d'un BBQ, il n'y a ni l'un ni l'autre, juste un no man's Land de 10 m2 entre 4 murs qui donne sur un chemin.
2 étages par escalier raide et étroit.
Non adapté pour des cyclistes.

L'appartement est petit mais pratique et accessible.
Il est équipé du stricte minimum vital.
Bien placé par rapport a mon boulot.
La chambre fait très vieillotte par rapport au reste de l'appartement.
Le matelas méritait vraiment d'être changé.
Un aspirateur et un peu plus de vaisselle serai sympa.
Et des lumières de chevet.
