It’s not the Ritz but it doesn’t pretend to be. It was very clean and perfectly adequate for my overnight stay.
Reception is on the first floor, no lift. Much as that wasn’t a problem for me it might be a hinderance to other travellers. Also there was a local number to ring to gain admission to reception, again not a problem for me but for non Spanish travellers it might be challenging.

The only thing is you have to find a parking spot but surrounding the apartment/hotel block I always got parked .the owners managers are great great free WiFi freezing cold silent new aircondioning beds good I was happy staying there and price cheap ..well done !
The parking could be better but it’s hard in Spain to get in the cities ..don’t worry you always find a spot and no issues local

Basic small room with adequate private bath in good location near train station, grocery stores, nice restaurants and Plaza de Espana.
