The property was very clean, very well situated on the site, very quiet and peaceful. The decking area was really good, very nice touches with the owners adding extra comforts than you would expect them to. All in all a very good find at a good price.

Perfect location to relax and unwind. The kids and dogs loved the river, great for paddling. Conveniently located near to Builth Wells which has shops, eateries, pubs and take aways.

Lovely location, next to fishing lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Parking for 2 cars.
The property is in need of maintenance, laminate of some sort flaking off the under roof area. There was a rip in the lining of the outdoor furniture storage which meant that the stored cushions were wet. We had immense trouble locking and unlocking the patio doors. The inside walls were very flimsy, I have not stayed in a lodge before so perhaps this is normal. The toilet seat was loose and the flush kept sticking in the flush position so had to be pressed again. Also there was a sound of water coming from the toilet every 6 minutes which was disturbing to our sleep. I had advised the owners after booking that another lady would be joining us, so there were 3 of us staying, but only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel were provided. There were holes in the inside walls where presumably pictures were moved. No coffee table in the lounge.
