Clean and nice looking apartment. Great localization for exploring Istria. The modern bar next door (which also belongs to the owner of the apartment) has great food and closes at 5 pm - so there is no issue with noise in the evening or at night. Toilet was clean and modern, there were a lot of towels provided. Contact with the owner was great, she was very responsive and very polite. There are shops, restaurants and other facilities in very close proximity and the town is pretty nice although it takes only 30 minutes to see everything. Great place to stay if you have car.
The only issues were kitchen utensils - there were basically two glasses of each kind so even though there was dishwasher you had to clean things yourself if you wanted to actually use them, It also seems that some guests stole clothes hangers - as there was only 1. There was no cutting board so you need to be creative if you want to cut things as the kitchen is equipped well enough to actually cook something simple and make breakfast.
Also my fiancé did not like the smell of air condition, but it might be due to heavy rains at the end of our stay. Altogether nothing that would influence negatively in substantial manner overall experience, I'm sure if any issue is reported to the owner it will be taken care of :)

newly and tastefully decorated apartment, the host was helpful and kind. Drinks and snacks awaited us when we arrived
It is above a restaurant which opens at 7am, so there was noise and a lot of food preparing smells coming right up through the windows into the apartment. There is a lot of activity outside early in the morning, and also late at night.

Apartman je prekrasan, baš kao šfo je prikazano na slikama. Osim što je čisto i uredno, ambijent je divno uređen; baš za opuštanje, smirujuće. Uživali smo boraveći ovdje.
Ako imate auto, lokacija je idealna za obilazak cijele Istre jer je sve udaljeno maksimalno pola sata vožnje, bilo da želite posjetiti južni ili sjeverni dio. No, čak i ako nemate auto za izlete i kupanje vam nije toliko bitno, ovo malo mjesto je idealno za opuštanje i odmor od svakodnevnih obaveza i gužva.
Domaćini koji drže ove apartmane, također imaju i preslatki, mali bistro Ružmarin koji se nalazi odmah ispod apartmana u istoj zgradi. Bistro nudi doručak, brunch, kavu... i to sve po stvarno pristupačnoj cijeni. Iskreno, to su jedni od najfinijih kroasana koje sam jela u životu 🙂. Odmah iza ugla, ni 2 minute hoda, ima wine bar pa je to idealno ako se navečer želite opustiti uz koju čašu finog i kvalitetnog vina ili piva.
U Žminju imate izbor od nekoliko restorana i brze hrane, tako da je to super.
A što se tiče samog domaćina, sve pohvale. Lijepo smo dočekani, prostor rashlađen prije našeg dolaska, stavljena su pića u frižider i na šanku smo imali kekse i nešto sitno za gricnuti nakon puta. Jako lijepa dobrodošlica. A na odlasku nas je domaćin u svojem bistrou počastio kavom i kroasanima. Domaćin je dostupan za komunikaciju preko poruka pa ako nešto i zatreba, lako je doći u kontakt.
Eto, svaka čast i rado ćemo se jednog dana opet vratiti. Iskrene preporuke za ovo simaptično mjesto i domaćina! ❤️

Erg mooie en schone accomodatie. Een goede ligging midden in het centrum en eigen parkeerplaats. Voor ons ideaal dat er een grote speeltuin naast de accomodatie aanwezig was!
Er waren genoeg handdoeken, wc papier, etc.
Het was toch wat gehorig. De bistro onder de accomodatie gaat vroeg open en dat gaf ooit wat geluidsoverlast.
