It is new and well-maintained. Clean, quiet, with good water pressure. Most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming and ready to help. We received a few very helpful tips about the neighborhood, and our questions and concerns about the room were addressed right away.
It was apparently a real challenge for some of the younger staff members to put their phones down long enough to greet the customers.

Breakfast was average. Food items were available and hot when expected. For whatever reason, the coffee was full of coffee grounds EVERY morning but it was there and did the job. Chewing coffee is not my thing.
I was in room 300. The room had a VERY musty smell, bordering on moldy smell. I never found any wet spots on the carpet, etc. but the smell was potent and never left. Unfortunately I also had very loud neighbors that came and went all night long, slamming doors and having loud conversations. Not the fault of the motel. Also, room 300 is right next to the stairwell which my neighbors used, so I heard 2 slamming doors all night long.
