Coastal living at its best. The Space: Quality construction and remarkable ocean views come standard. This spectacular 2 bedroom and 2 bath suite offers a spacious living space including a pullout queen size sofa (sleeps 2) and a kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Nespresso Vertuo, coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals. This 1 bedroom suite has a king size bed fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. High quality finishes include Toto Neorest 700 Dual Flush Bidet, glass framed showers with a Graff rain shower, stand alone bathtub and perfectly lit LED vanity. Apple TV on every TV. High Speed internet and AC. This unit is located on the 1st floor, closest to the beachside. The unit has some of the best views in the complex, ocean views from the living room. Private patio area. Second bedroom as a private sliding glass door entrance. 850 sqft - Two Bedroom with living room sleeper sofa - Closest to the beach - Incredible Views - Kitchenette - 1st floor IMPORTANT: Stay Awhile Villas is a professional property manager and uses a professional PMS system. Our integration between our PMS and VRBO limits our ability for us to charge a credit card processing, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the VRBO platform. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the VRBO fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you. Guest Access: Our guests have access to their assigned suite and all shared common areas, including the expansive grassy area, grilling stations, beach sand lounging area, and laundry room. Interaction with Guests: Our team is available 24/7 to assist you virtually. The Neighborhood: Dubbed "Billionaire's Beach" by locals Carbon Beach has become one of the most popular and requested beaches in Malibu. Known for its long sandy beaches makes Carbon perfect for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and sunbathing. Guests are seconds away from the sand. Steps away from Nobu and SoHo House and seconds from the sand. You can walk to surfrider beach and the Malibu Pier. Walk to the Country Mart and experience the best restaurants and shops Malibu has to offer. New center for grocery shopping with new shops opening everyday. Getting Around: We recommend using Uber or a rental car. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance of SA Suites on Carbon. Other things to note: SA Suites strives to offer a peaceful and serene environment for our guests. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors while using the common areas. Please do not walk to other units or use amenities that are intended for other guests. House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in is 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Please send our team a message prior to booking. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking. In the case of a cancellation, we will uphold the cancellation policy that was stated at the time of booking. Please note that the "Reservation fee" is our credit card processing fee. This fee is 100% non refundable as it is a hard cost. No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests allowed. Provide guest names before booking; IDs may be requested. Guests only during check-in to check-out time. Strict policy to maintain peace and legal compliance, avoiding permit issues. Please do not hang clothing items or towels off the glass railings in the complex. No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. However, due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet. No smoking, vaping, or similar. Los Angeles Code Section 41.50 B 18 b In high fire risk area, no smoking inside or out. No vapes or e-cigarettes either. Advanced smoke detectors react to vapors; alarm triggers $500 fire dept. charge. If violation caused alarm, $500 fee to person responsible. Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office located at 22648 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages. Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing. Parking: You will receive one parking pass. You cannot park in the parking lot at the front of the property without the parking pass. If you are not able to get a spot, then you will need to park either on PCH or in the overflow parking lot above the complex that has D’amores pizza and PC Greens. Note that the handicap spot is ticketed by the police - as are all handicap spots in California. So, do not park there - or anywhere - without the relevant pass(es). The police will not hesitate to charge you +$500 for parking where you shouldn’t. Pre Stocking: We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests. Day of Arrival: During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment. Early/Late Check-In and Late Check-out Fees: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Our early check-in and late check-in fees are $50 for every hour before 4:00pm and after 6:00pm, respectively. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. Our check-out time is 10:00am. Our late check-out fee is $50 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. If you would like to have a late check-out, then please let us know in advance and we will see if we can accommodate it. If you want to check in or out outside the usual times, let us know a day in advance. We can't guarantee approval due to factors like previous guest issues, maintenance, and staff availability. Your prompt communication helps us assess the possibility. Cleanliness: We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. Hotel-style linens, towels, toiletries, and premium kitchen appliances provided. Enhanced COVID-19 cleaning includes hot water wiping and disinfection. All towels and linens washed, high-touch areas meticulously treated. Staff in masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our top-tier cleaning exceeds CDC standards. When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. Fantastic location. Property management company was attentive and check in process very easy. The unit was extremely clean and the view cannot be beat. A very short walk to Nobu with Country Plaza area close by. Unit had all necessary amenities and there is a laundry room on site. Would highly recommend.

This spot is great for solo travels, small or larger groups. Although the tide was in so there was no available beach to play on until late afternoon each day, there is a large outdoor grassy area on the property and some sand and lounge chairs that are great for sitting and enjoying the waves. Walk to restaurants, Malibu pier and shopping nearby. I'll be back again!

This property is gorgeous! It is a lovely small development with beautiful grounds and view. Great location. Well stocked, great bathrooms, comfy beds, nice communal space with small kitchen and amazing views. Nice beach to walk and swim, really beautiful place!

The property is great with wonderful views. It is updated, clean and in a great location. We stayed in Unit 6 and the high tide was shaking the building. I would stay again, but choose to stay in a unit a little bit away from the water. All units have great views.

We were very pleased with our stay in Suite 6 on Carbon Beach. Can’t get any closer to the water. Comfortable beds, high end amenities. Very convenient to nice restaurants. Very relaxing.
