Bom local, talvez retornaria

Apartamento bem equipado com itens de cozinha, banheiro com controle de temperatura excelente, suporte do prédio muito bom e localização com bastante comercio na região, o que facilitou muito a estadia.

Passei 10 dias no local e o anfitrião não disponibilizou 1 troca gratuita de roupa de cama e toalhas de banho. Queria cobrar 5 reais por cada item se fosse trocar. Apartamento sem ar condicionado e aquecedor. Ventilador 220 com somente 1 tomada 220 para usar. Extrema dificuldade de agendar uma garagem no local. Apartamento barulhento e corredor com cheiro forte de outros animais (cheio ruim).

Ótima localização.

Excelente localização no coração da cidade, com facilidade a restaurantes, supermercados, museus e no domingo a feiras do Largo. Prédio com bastante segurança.

Banheiro bem apertado, em especial a ducha que precisa ser melhor estruturada com suportes para utensílios. Tive dificuldade de acesso, pois desconhecia aquele modelo de fechadura eletrônica. Exigir um calção não é uma prática bem vinda.
