About this chalet rental
Aquitaine - Gironde -Médoc, 4 km ocean and close to Soulac/mer,
Chalet of 50 M² for 2 pers max (4 beds) with private swimming pool (6x4), covered, heated (from April to October).
Thanks to the pool enclosure, nice night swimming because you are like in a bubble!!

In the patio, you have a wooden terrace of 150 M², garden furniture, 2 relaxers, 2 armchairs, parasol, a barbecue, and 2 adult bicycles included in the price.
The garden is fully enclosed and your car is parked inside the garden.
Shops 1.5km away. The chalet includes 1 bedroom, living room with a convertible corner sofa, pantry, 1 bathroom, with shower, sink, toilet and 1 comfortable kitchen. Free wifi.
The kitchen includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer, a built-in oven, a 4-burner gas hob, a normal coffee maker and a Nespresso, 1 microwave oven, 1 kettle, 1 toaster and crockery for 4 people.
The house is located in the town of Grayan 9 KM from Soular-sur-Mer 10 minutes by car, 7 km from Montalivet Our supervised beach is located 4 km away (20 min by bike) and you will find sports activities for your children. Going up to Le Verdon/mer you have a tourist port with its restaurants and sports activities (personal watercraft, sailing lessons, boat rental etc).
Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle route with its world-famous vineyards.
Going up 10 km you have the ferry that can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and its oyster beds, tastings on site possible with a view of the bird island.

This is a lovely and peaceful place to stay and explore the area. The pool is great and there is something special about starting every day with a swim. A car is essential to be able to get out and about.

Sylvain est une personne très agréable, nous avons rien à reprocher à la villa, la piscine est superbe, c’est un petit village calme, la plage est très proche ce qui est à un gros plus. Je recommande à 100%. Merci Sylvain !
