We absolutely loved our stay. It was a last-minute booking and we’re so glad we found this little gem. The property was immaculate, beautifully presented and incredibly cosy, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay.
Rosie was a wonderful host — warm, welcoming and thoughtful, with so much care clearly put into making guests feel at home. From the beautiful space to all the little touches, everything felt effortless and inviting.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend Rosie’s beautiful property.

So many wonderful touches here! Such care and attention to detail. The house is immaculate. And there are a lot of thoughtful extras thrown in, such as little chocolates, wine, biscuits, fresh milk ... everything you could need. We were greeted on arrival and felt very welcome. I would not hesitate to go back. We travel a lot and this is right up there as one of the best!

This place was an amazing little 3 bedroom house, it was so comfortable and well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. It had high end decor with nice extra little touches. With the location only 30 mins from Shepparton, I would recommend staying here before paying for a hotel room. I hope to return on another trip. Rosie met us on arrival and was very helpful with information about the location.
