Amazing location, 1 minute away from Atarazanas market and can easily walk everywhere in old town with no problem.
The key-free entry was very helpful as our flight was delayed so there was no stress to wait for someone to let us in or remember to bring the key.
Having a washing machine was very helpful as we only brought cabin bags with us.
Communication was good and gave us the info ahead of time so I knew what to expect.
The door rattles when people enter and leave the building which is very noisy but we managed to wedge it tight on the 2nd day. Bathroom is small but enough for what we need for a short stay.

The location was excellent & it was very clean. It looks as in the photos.
Wifi didnt work. I contacted the staff multiple times about it and it was firstly ignored and secondly made no effort to resolve the issue. This therefore made the smart tv useless. One of the reasons we booked the room.
The pillows are terrible. They are not proper bed pillows therefore I end up with neck and back pain for my holiday.
The bathroom smelled on sewage at times.
