About this house rental
Fulton Belle Vue is a completely renovated Farmhouse conveniently located in the heart of the 151 Brew Trail and close to many breweries, wineries, distilleries and restaurants. Lovely outdoor spaces with a screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the afternoon. The house was built in early 1900's; the bedrooms are large, kitchen is spacious and open and there's a large family room with lots of seating. We'd love to host you for your next weekend getaway or special event.
The Farmhouse is named after Fulton Henderson who lived in the house for many years. People say he would sit on the front porch in the evenings singing and playing the banjo. We’ve tried to preserve as much of the history of the house as we could while completely updating the kitchen and bathrooms.
The kitchen table can seat 12 people, 5 bedrooms can sleep up to 11 people. There's a beautiful front porch with rocking chairs, and the back has a deck and screened in porch. The kitchen has all the amenities for cooking and we have an outdoor grill as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fulton Belle View! The property is beautiful, just as described and pictured. It is quiet and peaceful with a relaxing backyard and spectacular views. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, the AC/heating worked great, and having 3 full bathrooms worked great for our extended family. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Washer/dryer worked well! Easy drive to Charlottesville. Plenty of parking. So close to many wineries and breweries to enjoy. Communication with the owners was so easy...they always responded quickly! It was easy to access the home with the keyless entry touchpad. We would definitely love to stay here again!!!

Rented the house to hold 9 folks for a family event held a short drive away. Host was responsive and super helpful. It was clean and well equipped.

This home was great for 2 families to share on our stay in the mountains. We had plenty of space for the kids and we loved the well laid out kitchen. The home was a great base for our outings in the area.

Great restored 1920’s farmhouse. Our 3 children, spouses, grandchildren all fit very comfortably in the house. Kitchen area was a great craft center for the littles, and the baby had plenty of places to crawl.Communication with the owners was excellent.
