Inside, this vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with four counter stools along with a warm and inviting living area with a TV and an electric fireplace to set the mood. Outside, you can get some fresh mountain air on your private, furnished deck, or grab your towels and head down to the heated community pool. Here in the North Creek Resort complex, you'll be just a short walk from North Chair. The free, year-round resort shuttle bus stops close by, connecting you to dozens of shops and restaurants in Blue Mountain Village less than a mile south. This skier's retreat transforms in the summertime when you can swim and kayak at Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay (one mile north), tee off at Monterra Golf (one mile south), or take an easy, 20-mile day trip to Wasaga Beach. This vacation rental is also less than four miles from Scenic Caves Nature Adventures for natural caves, hiking trails, and mini-golf. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: Resort shuttle nearby Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The room is clean, but people's living in the upstairs were so noisy. So we couldn't sleep well. We are not sure if we will come back here again.

We booked this stay as a getaway from the stress and chaos that life has been for the last while it was supposed to be a relaxing couples getaway. However, I was a surprise to us, as well as a disappointment, when we arrived and had not been previously informed that construction was going on. We were not advised of this until we arrived and read a notice which was taped to the front door. We ended up having to leave to try to find a more relaxing space for Thursday Dec 8th evening/night as well as for the day on Friday Dec 9th, as we were woken up around 7:30am when work began again. Incredibly disappointed that this was not a previous alert so we could decide on our own if we wanted to endure construction and banging with drills, saws, and what sounded like a grinder for the first 2 days of our trip. Not for the price in my opinion.

I've stayed in another unit here and it was great. This time I found the bed to be very very hard, the sheets were sandpaper.

A nice, clean condo for a short stay given it’s a studio and there were 3 of us. We’ve been coming to this property for 25 years back when it was the Todd Brooker Lodge, so some facilities could use updating like the courts, but we did play some tennis and used the pool. Location is awesome being close to Blue Mountain Village, Collingwood and Craigleith.

This is the second time we stay at North Creek Resort. It’s comfortable, clean and has everything you need for any length of time. However, my main attraction to this resort is how close it is to all the places we want to visit without having to pay exaggerated hotel prices.

House wasn’t clean at all. From floor , to door, to tables, kitchen everything was full of dust, spider webs were so big one could tell this room wasn’t cleaned for weeks. I’ll never go back again or recommend to anyone.

Très bon emplacement. Environ 30 minutes en voiture de wagage beach. A proximité de plusieurs plages. Bémol important, on entend beaucoup les locataires du haut marcher. Malheureusement, nous avons eu deux nuits de partys jusqu’aux petites heures du matin… est-ce de la malchance? Si possible louez un logement situé à l’étage du dessus

Overall, our stay was great. The place is exactly how it is in the pictures. A great place just to have a quiet, quality time with group of friends/family. Suggestions for everyone, bring your own toilet paper. Does not provide extra, we got there and was only provided one half roll of toilet paper.

My husband and I stayed at this studio unit for 4 days in early July. The unit was small but very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the king bed was super comfy, and everything was in good working order. Loved the great lighting throughout the unit. Would stay here again!

Sheet on the bed was the wrong size and didn’t fit. No blankets for the pull out bed so all 4 of us had to sleep in the bed. Heater stopped working on Sat night. First weekend we had none of these issues but unfortunately won’t go back after this weekend.
