Warm welcome from the owners who genuinely can and will do anything they can to make guests comfortable. Delightful self contained accommodation with brilliantly equipped kitchen. High standard of toiletries too in bathroom. It is clear that Jock & Katie have an eye for detail with no stone unturned in creating a home from home environment with many welcome features to make our time at Horatio's even more special. Welcome Pack was very much appreciated as there are no shops near. Extremely comfortable accommodation with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended!

Incredible! We arrived and they were away but they left us all the information we needed to get in and settled.
The welcome package was incredible and really helped us eat well!
They suggested loads of things to do and a local taxi company.
The roll top bath was amazing, shower pressure was great and loved having the bath robes!
All the included toiletries were lovely alongside the hairdryer!
The kitchen was so well stocked and had everything. You need for cooking!

Wonderful clean, great decor, wonderful facilities we could not want for anything
Great garden, great hosts who couldn't do enough for us they even offered to pick us up from the station after our trips out
Loved the proximity to the station allowing us to see Norwich for the first time and the coast
