Het is een vrijstaand huisje met alles voorzien, zelfs een wasmachine. Je hebt een eigen stukje tuin waar je lekker kan liggen en genieten van de zon. Alles is ruim opgezet en goed onderhouden. Hele fijne plek om te verblijven.

Villach is a lovely place to explore for its various attractions and activities, all easily reachable by public transport or on foot. Villa Picolla is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with regular bus connections. Luzia is a wonderful host, respecting privacy and yet always available for help/ recommendations and secret tips. We’ll be very happy to return to the cozy, fully equipped and tranquil villa.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Trotz über 30° konnte man es gut aushalten im Haus und auf der überdachten Terrasse. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und das komfortable Bett haben uns sehr gut schlafen lassen. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig, Bad und WC getrennt. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem wohnt man ruhig und im Grünen.
Wir konnten mit unserem Gespann und 2 Motorrädern auf dem Grundstück parken. Ein Spar ist gleich um die Ecke und alle anderen Geschäfte und Einkaufszentren erreicht man nach 2-3 km.
Wir haben nichts gefunden was wir hätten bemängeln können.
Wer hier nicht zufrieden ist dem ist nicht zu helfen 😜
