Located in Franklin D Roosevelt Lake, this lovely house for $125 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Relax in this beautifully remodeled 1917 mission style home. Featuring original maple floors. Relax by the fireplace in reclining leather chairs. Enjoy a family meal in the large dining room, with a breakfast bar and a coffee corner! Our family room has a 58” tv with a DVD player & movies to watch. There is also WiFi with up to 200 mbps internet. There is fully stocked kitchen (you bring the food) with all new appliances. The bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower, towels and soaps are supplied. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a large walk-in closet & one with full size bed. Both are complete with linens. And you can enjoy the view of Colville mnt while sitting on the porch swing.

We've stayed here for a long weekend the last few years. We play in an annual golf tournament, bring our golf cart. We've been able to park our car, cart and trailer in the drive, with an easy hookup for charging the cart overnight. The house looks as good as it did the first time we stayed. There are some nice touches- coffee and tea, snacks, toiletries. Always a pleasure to visit.

We loved staying at this home! It was very comfortable and clean. The location right of Main St. was very convenient. The host gifts of snacks and wine, and plenty of coffee, qas such a nice touch. Hope to stay there again next time we visit our daughter in Evans.

It's a great house for visiting the local area or using as a base for exploring the northeast corner of Washington State! It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped throughout. Communication with the owner was great - very responsive, and provided all the info we needed. Check-in/out could not have been easier. Recommended!

Wonderfully decorated and lots of little welcoming touches. A bottle of wine and chocolates were on the breakfast bar to greet us. We were sturgeon fishing one morning, and realized we forgot our travel coffee cups. The owner had disposable beverage cups with lids at the beverage station along side the mugs.

Booked last minute (Mon night for Tues arrival) due to father passing and needed to come say our good byes. Amazing communication from start to finish from host. Had some mis communication on the wifi and was very prompt in resolution of that. Walked into a warm, clean, updated, cozy house after walking up to front porch from snow cleared walk. Choice of traditional coffee pot or keurig was a nice option, with coffee and creamer supplied for both. Had roku TV, so could watch Netflix, hulu, prime video or regular TV. Had very comfortable furniture and soft towels too. The only thing I would mention is that floors are creaky, so no being quiet in middle of night or morning, the transition strip between dining and kitchen needed to be secured down and the shear curtains in the larger room made me feel there was not complete privacy, but wasn't horrible. Overall, it was an amazing stay and would rent again if I ever go back to Colville.

This spacious Craftsman style home is beautifully maintained and furnished. It is impeccably clean. The hosts are very easy to work with and go out of their way to help if there is a problem. We just hope it will be available the next time we are in town. It was a wonderful first time VRBO experience.

We stayed there for my grandpa funeral. They were very gracious even with last minute changes to our reservation! Easy to contact and beautiful refinished home. (Owners live above, accommodations are all on main floor) plenty of space)
