Das Appartment ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es liegt zentral, Metzger und Nahkauf in der Nähe, ist aber sehr ruhig. In keiner Ferienwohnug zuvor habe ich so schönes Geschirr vorgefunden. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Selbst eine Teekanne und Stöfchen sind vorhanden. Die Terrasse haben wir gerne genutzt. Parkplatz ist einen Katzensprung entfernt. Das Bad ist sehr modern ausgestattet tolle Armaturen und 2 Waschbecken mit Ablagen für Toilettenartikel. Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel ausgestattet, die Betten groß, und die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Und das Wohnzimmrr ist riesig, die Couch sehr bequem. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht benutzt. Von Ballenstedt sind die wunderschönen Städte Quedlinburg und Wernigerode nicht weit. Auch Wanderer kommen auf ihre Kosten.

Schöne komfortable Unterkunft , es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die tollen Betten .
