This property is a great location to walk anywhere in downtown Port Clinton. The beach and sunsets, are only a 3 minute walk. Boat ramp is only 1 mile away. We accommodate a contact free stay. This is the perfect set up if you don’t want to stay on the island. It is just steps away from the Jett Express which allows you to go over and enjoy the island, but come back to a little quiet. The house is beautiful, clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a perfect day. The owners were very communicative and were available for anything we needed. We will definitely come back again.

Brandon is a great host and we loved the place! Two bedrooms with king sized bed, a nice kitchen and bath. Lots of comfortable seating in the living room. All very clean 😊 we enjoyed the porch as well. We walked almost everywhere we went, also a plus.

Great place for a getaway. Me and some friends stayed here for a fishing trip. Parking a 25 ft boat trailer was a tight fit but the house and owner was awesome. Will stay here again in the future.

Wonderful space (the living room is huge!) House has sufficient supplies needed. We loved being close to some restaurants and walking out to the points. We stayed in mid Sept Sun-wed so not during a peak busy time. Many places were closed, but we desired a quiet time so not a bother to us. Very little yard space available, but great to have off street parking.

The property is nestled within walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches and ferry to the islands. It was quite convenient. There is a grocery store about a 10 minute drive. I would recommend taking the Miller ferry to the island of Put-in-Bay, if you want to drive your car. Otherwise use the Jet Ferry that is just a block from the property. The gas grill was a great option for cooking our suppers. We would definitely stay here if we are ever in the area again. Michael W Indiana

Location was great as it's just a block from the heart of town where there was live music and good food, cool lil bar at the corner, quaint coffee shop across the street and of course the jet express is right there too. Some outdoor seating at the house would be a nice touch, maybe with a fire pit if it's allowed ?

The Blue House is located in an older part of downtown Port Clinton across from a small park, close to the water and in walking distance to a few restaurants. The VRBO is the main floor of the home and has been recently restored. There is no access to the upper level and laundry is in the basement. It didn’t appear that anyone was using the upper level. As you enter the front porch you notice stains on the carpet and find that all but one of the windows is painted shut. There is a couch for sitting, but you are not inclined to sit there. We ended up sitting on the front steps to enjoy the breeze and the park. One of the group used the area daily for yoga. The living area consists of a living room with a very large 3 section sofa that could be used for sleeping, a few sheets and blankets were provided for this. I found the couch comfortable and slept on it one night; one of the group felt the couch was too firm. The was a large TV on the wall with access to many stations. Both bedrooms are a good size with ample space to store one’s belongings. The larger bedroom has a very large king size bed that was comfortable. The smaller bedroom mattress was comfortable as well. Both rooms had bedside tables to store things and there was a nice area with access to many plugs for charging electronics in the larger bedroom……didn’t check this out for the other bedroom but no one was having any issue keeping electronics charged. The bathroom was a good size. Everyone received one set of towels for our 3 night stay. There were no extra bathroom towels provided. The bathroom was clean and spacious with updated toilet, sink and shower. We all enjoyed the baths and showers. There was no bar soap, or toiletries of any type offered other than1/8 full bottle of hand sanitizer. The kitchen was a good size but poorly equipped, if you are planning on spending time eating here, this is not the place for you. The refrigerator is new. There were coffee filters for the small coffee pot but no coffee. There is also a small table for dining. Lastly, I would comment on the yard and driveway. The driveway is in need of a lot of concrete work and is difficult for walking if you have stability issues, street parking is not allowed. The front yard needed to have old dog excrement removed. We felt this place met our needs and we were comfortable. We were disappointed by the lack of extras as we paid the going rate for nice hotels for our stay.

I had a great experience during the weekend with my friends. The house was in a great location and there was plenty of things to do within walking distance. We also were able to walk to the jet express from the house. The host did an amazing job communicating and the pictures online were exactly what the house looked liked in person. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house was really kept up. It was clean when we arrived. They had pretty much everything you need for your stay. The only thing I would suggest it some better lighting for the The bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay there. The house was close to everything.
