The fact that there is 24 hour cover on reception with very helpful friendly staff. Spacious and well equipped apartment. Good value accommodation and useful location for both access to Norwich centre and railway station.
Only thing that might have been useful to include was a long length mirror but certainly not essential.

It had a kitchen so could cook whatever food I wanted and it was lovely and quiet
