The location is great, within walking distance to the lively end of Nices night life. Good size bathroom and private secure parking not really tight, we went with a large estate car and parked fine, in fact a little like London
The entrance to the building is very dingy with what seems a 4w bulb, in fact without our phones it would have been dodgy. Everything clean and working but one bedroom is in fact a single, it has a double bed but tight.

Joli appartement, très bien situé. Olga est une parfaite hôtesse: elle fournit toute les informations nécessaires bien d’avance, elle est super réactif et flexible. Elle s’en occupe vraiment des besoins de ses clients ! Grand merci Olga!
On pourrait changer les matelas des lits - ils sont un peu doux.

The property was very close to the port and only a 10/15 minute walk to the old town. In the area, there were bakeries, shops, bars and restaurants. It was spacious and clean and had air-conditioning, a stove and a washing machine. We were also allowed to store of baggage in the apartment before check-in, which was incredibly helpful.
Would have been nice to have a balcony or some outside space. If that, everything was fantastic and good value for money.
