Quiet. Bed better than expected. Clean room. Friendly owners.
No breakfast, but no worries, there was a nice breakfast restaurant down the street.

The room was on the small side but extremely clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for an overnight stay. The staff was friendly & helpful, the room included a microwave & mini-fridge, the beds were comfortable. The decor looked a bit dated and a little shabby, but being so very clean, it really was not an issue. I'd definitely stay here again!

There was no breakfast served, why are you asking that question? There was a coffee maker in the room and no coffee cups as well as no water cups. The guy Steve at the front desk was very accommodating as he even helped us with our luggage as you have no elevator and my husband is on oxygen and we were on the 2nd floor.
Put an elevator in. Have more light sources in your rooms as we had only one as our 2nd lamp did not work.
