New building, excellent breakfast, amazing rooms!
Staff not very cooperative sometimes. The bar service was not appropriate (staff not very friendly, did not serve on Saturday after 10 pm).

big room and great gym facilities. Breakfast is good too. Friendly staff. Bonus point - transport to tennis centre for concert goers.
cleaning staff came in to the room and started cleaning the room before check out. Used towels are placed on top of opened luggage. It could be a miscomm but the great experience ended with a slightly not-so-good note. Reception and Manager in duty already reviewed the case and will remind cleaning staff.

Took a long time for all breakfast products to be put out. We had to leave early on the last day and there was only a limited amount to eat.
Refused entry to the buffet restaurant because it was full even though we had been staying at the hotel for 5 days at this point. Very disappointing when traveling with children.
