I didn't book with breakfast, but the location was great. Very close distance to the sea. Easy to park. It is between two villages, so you can choose to which to go and at the same time not busy, noisy and overcrowded.
Everything was fine for me and I don't have specific issues that occurred, so I can explicitly share. That's why I can't leave any negative comment here.

Villa Helga Exotic in Pefkochori provided an incredible stay. The host was exceptionally friendly and dependable, making sure everything was taken care of right from the start. The place was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with every amenity needed for a completely hassle free vacation. One of the highlights was the big, lovely terrace featuring a beautiful view of the sea, perfect for unwinding. It offered a peaceful atmosphere for a great night of sleep every single day. The location is unbeatable, situated just a short walk from the town center, vibrant restaurants, lively bars, and pristine beaches. I could not have asked for a more relaxing getaway and would happily stay here again.

Plaja çok yakın. Merkeze 1 km civarı. Rahatlıkla yürünüyor. Yataklar rahat. Klimalar çalışıyor. Check-in kolay
Mutfak malzemeleri eksik. Yemek pişirmek için bir tencere bile yok. Ocak çok eski ve kirli. Ama çalışıyor. Buzdolabı çok iyi soğutmasa da çalışıyor .Görevliden bir tava istedim akşama ancak getirdiler. İnternet zayıf. Sürekli kesiliyor. İki tek kişilik yatağın olduğu bölümün penceresi yok. Havasız. O kısmın ışıklandırması yetersiz. Oda zemin kattaydı. Balkon yok direk bahçeye açılıyor. Önünden diğer odalarda oturanlar geçiyor. Mahremiyet zayıf. Banyo kapı kolu kırık. Duş kabini sızdırıyor . Banyonun ortasına kadar su sızıyor. 3 gün kaldık. 2. Günün sonunda oda temizliği yapıldı ve çöpler boşaltıldı.
