Nestled in Murfreesboro, this lovely condo for $99 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Come enjoy tranquility in a one-bedroom suite with a private entrance, sitting room, breakfast nook and full kitchen amenities. Located less than 2 miles from Downtown Murfreesboro, Steven's Sanctuary will provide a relaxing retreat with easy access to the unique nightlife and historic districts of "the Boro." The space Nashville is only a 30-45 minute drive and there's tons to do in Murfreesboro and surrounding areas. There is one queen bed and a pull-out twin in the bedroom as well as a couch and an air mattress in the living room, meaning this suite can sleep up to 5 or 6. A travel crib provided upon request and with a waiver. Guest access There's a private entrance and the apartment is all yours! Bedroom, sitting room, full kitchen & dining table, extra breakfast nook, and full bath are all private spaces. A small laundry set up (stacking washer and dryer) is located in the walk-in closet, we can service larger loads for you! Other things to note*** There is one dedicated parking specifically for you, our guest. Please let us know if you will be bringing more than 1 car so we can make arrangements for you to have an additional place to park. Overnight guests must be registered by name. There is no smoking or vaping on property, inside or outside. Pets are welcome with a pet fee based on weight and your agreement to provide crate & to crate pets when unsupervised. ***RESERVATIONS LONGER THAN 30 DAYS have additional stipulations for which you should inquire of the host.

The property was perfect for our 5 night stay with our dog. There was plenty of room, and all the furniture, decor, and fixtures were very high quality. We loved our stay, and would recommend it to others, We would stay here again when visiting Murfreesboro.

Condo is very nicely decorated and furnished. Location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery store and a 12 mile Greenway. Would definitely recommend and return :)

Property was exactly as listed! We ended up getting there later than expected so did not get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Communication from owner was great and we would love to return again when we can stay later!

The apartment was beautiful, private, super clean, and well-equipped with everything that I needed for my 3 month stay. Glenna was an amazing host. She was very thoughtful, responsive, and always available if I needed anything. The location of the apartment was great as well. Close enough to everything that I needed and yet peaceful and quiet. It felt like a home away from home and it made my stay in Murfreesboro very comfortable and enjoyable.

Beautiful and clean space! All the amenities I needed. Very comfortable and loved the shower. Only minor item is the driveway and parking space are tight to get into, and out of, if you have a large SUV or truck. However, the host is very responsive and I'm sure would be able to accommodate you.

This apartment-type location was excellent, it's even nicer than the pictures show! It was spotless with beautiful furnishings and all the amenities we could have wished for. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog, and there was plenty of room for our family to be comfortable for the weekend. The hosts were great at communicating before, during and after our stay, and were available if we needed anything during our stay. Having a fully stocked kitchen is a huge plus! We will definetely stay here again when visiting Mufreesboror!

Didn’t receive address until 6:30 pm check in was 3 and was asked all the questions again showers were cold and no water in refrigerator or blankets for people on couch next morning yard guy blew yard with lots of noise it asked us not to use face towels use eye Makeup remover but there wasn’t any

We were very lucky to find this comfortable space. A mini apartment that is more comfortable than any hotel room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very nice. There is even a small washer/dryer combo that came in handy after spending the day at the ballpark. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet and was within a couple of miles of many restaurants. It would be difficult to find a better space complete with a fully-furnished kitchen and all the amenities it offers in the same price range.

This is an amazing apartment. It is brand new, clean, well appointed and priced well. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I will be coming back to the area for work and will be staying here anytime it is available.
