Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice, all organic, including homemade cakes. They even made milk-free pancakes since one of us is allergic. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony and view on the mountains and the bistro in Alpine wooden cabine style, very cosy. We had a wonderful holiday!

Friendly hotel, right in the centre with comfortable and clean rooms and a great breakfast.
It can be noisy given the location, but this isn't the hotel's fault and the rest makes up for it.

The place was very cute and comfortable but the staff was above and beyond. We wanted to ski a half day (in June) and were not very prepared/informed, but they helped us with renting skiis/snowboard, buying the lift tickets, calling around to stores to see if anyone had gloves for sale (which we didn't end up needing -- we wore sweatpants and T-shirts and were perfectly comfortable.) The breakfast was wonderful. There is a shared fridge which was the first fridge we encountered in Europe that was actually cold and the cold water dispenser was a huge bonus.
