The property is extremely nice. Suuuuper clean. Pool is nice. Close to Hermosa beach - ( you need a car still) - 20 min walk otherwise. You dont even need to go into Santa Teresa( which is packed - the city i mean). There are a couple very cool coffee/food places. Price wise, we got a good rate from booking compared to their website price.

so clean, even the shampoos are like spa, perfect bed , kitchen, pool with an ocean view , living room, smart tv, good air confectioning, the staff is available
a little far from the main street of santa teresa but the view worth it

Amazing responsiveness from the hosts and the view was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable and large. Room was beyond clean.
The property was a bit far off the main strip for our taste. But others may find that a positive as you are ensconced in nature.
