Absolutely breathtaking villa. The views and serenity were unbelievable! The day trip to the shala river was sweet too. A beautiful drive up.
Everywhere said the morning ferry back to Koman was 8am, until I asked the staff at 7:44 to confirm and he said it LEAVES AT 7:45 Had to grab all of our stuff and run. Breakfast was free but it was not filling and only one coffee was free. There was a wedding the night we got there so the staff were focused on them. Bed was pretty hard and bathroom had a sewage smell. Felt kind of trapped there food wise, lunch and dinner were the same menu. Like other reviews, stick to the pasta and risotto lol. Bring water and snacks with you. They only sell water in expensive glass bottles. Also, completely worth taking the 5pm boat for $10 euros per person to avoid the absolute madness of the free 9am ferry. When we were returning we were soooo glad we weren’t in that mess. Kind of crazy to have a 9am checkout, but only an 8am or 2:30pm option to leave the hotel haha. Also there was an influencer staying next to us that was droning for hours which really upset my baby.

This place is at a wonderful location on lake Komani at a very reasonable price. Activities are limited, but an ideal place for relaxation.
Getting there is not easy, the ferry leaves Koman at 9AM, so you have to get there early. The staff are the waiters at the restaurant above the houses and they are usually doing something else so getting information on tours is not easy. Overall not very organized.

Staff is friendly, helpful and reachable. Communication before arrival was important and went fluently. Staff will often find solutions when needed. Beds were comfortable and the shower was in great condition. Last but not least, the location is as advertised with amazing views.
Broken wooden couch was left outside in our garden, instead of taking that out. Wi-Fi reach was very poor, I could only connect from my laptop, we often went upstairs to get a better connection. The toilet didn't work on arrival, this was luckily fixed quickly. There were no towels present (but we had our own). Dinner was always at 8PM, which is late if you have plans the next morning. You'll notice that people passing by (either doing the 1 day tour or just passing by for the restaurant with a view) get priority, because they will get food and drinks on arrival before you get yours. One day, when there were about 50 visitors for the restaurant, they forgot to take our order for lunch. I went upstairs to make sure we got to order a lunch, but they still forgot to make the lunch and get back to us (forgetting is human though). When I went upstairs again 1h30m after lunch time (2:30PM) they appologised and told me they will take care of it. It took another 45m (3:15PM) before I received my lunch very cold and without drinks... Within tourism, it is expected when mistakes are made that you'll get something more out of it, but this time I just received cold food without drinks when I was expecting additional drinks for free. I think you need to set your expectations right, that you're staying in a country that isn't used to serve tourists. Also note that you're paying more for services (meals, drinks, boats) than you would in the Shkoder city...
