Located in Paralimni, this charming villa for $124 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is a two bedroom Villa which sleeps 4/6 people, with one double bedroom and one twin, plus a double comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. This Villa is equipped with all the amenities required to enjoy your perfect holiday. There is a family bathroom on the first floor and a downstairs cloakroom. Wifi and a Safe is also available. You can either sunbathe and swim in your own private pool, or just with a 10 minutes walk away there are local bars, shops and restaurants to enjoy that relaxing evening out. The Golden Coast Beach and picturesque Fishing Harbour & Marina are just a 5 minutes walk away. On the complex there is a basketball Court, children's play and picnic area, so there is enough there to keep the whole family busy.

Arrived at the villa at 1.30am. Easily found with the directions given by the host. Welcome pack was a great touch. Villa was clean, linen clean and fresh. Villa had everything we could need and plenty of room. Pool was a good size. Great powerful outdoor shower. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Good communication from the rental agency. Overall we had a lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay and would love to return one day.

Overall this villa was just what we required. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the white goods, but apart from this it was ideal. We were at a wedding at the Golden Coast resort, which is approx a 5 minute walk away and Pernera strip was only a 10/15 minute walk.

What a fantastic location and property, just right for a small family. It was very clean, the pool was great and there's a beach at the end of the road - what more could you want? The Pinia restaurant just aroud the corner is great for Cypriot food. We'll be back...

The Villa is also only about 10 minutes walk to the new promenade that gives easy access to several beaches and a number of good restaurants. We arrived late in the evening and walked to the excellent Pinia taverna that is just around the corner. The villa had most of everything that we wanted although some of the equipment and fittings were beginning to show their age. The weather got very hot during our stay so it was great to have the pool that was professionally cleaned twice a week. Would recommend the property for anyone looking for a relatively quiet area but with easy access to beaches & restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The villa is definitely better than the pictures shown and had a good layout of what you need to make your stay comfortable
The only thing which could do with a small service is the airconditioning as started dripping on my head in bed but solved this by pulling the bed away from the wall

We were a party of 3 adults and 3 children. The problem this presented was that one adult was required to sleep on one of the sofa beds in the front room. Whilst I enjoy a firm bed, both sofa beds were only half a step up from sleeping on a concrete floor. Not only did this make sleeping difficult, sitting was also an issue. However, despite this long "gripe" it was the only real fault we found with what is a peaceful retreat, with all the amenities you would have at home, but with a pool thrown in - which the children made full use of. We also found the local beach very family friendly and a bonus in being just a short walk away.

Thoroughly Enjoyable Stay
My wife and I had an enjoyable stay at this villa. Communication up front with the owner was good and the visit from the local agent on our first morning was a nice touch; allowing us to get really useful info on local supermarkets and the surrounding area. The pool was a little cool for us in October but still usable. You can chase the sun around the garden for most of the day. It is handily located for the beach and the boardwalk all the way to Fig Tree Bay and Protaras. I heartily recommend the meze at the local restaurant Pinia (5 mins walk away).

Great Host, good communication. it was our second stay in this villa. and i can say that the Villa is equipped with everything you need.
very quiet (even overnight) and in a save neighborhood. the closest of several beaches is reachable in only 10 Minutes walking distance. supermarket around the corner is almost 24/7 open. very good restaurant near the harbour ( called To Limani) we definitely can recommend this house for any kind of vacation. BR from Hamburg/Germany

Overall enjoyable, only 1 problem, with 4 gardens backing onto one another. You could be unlucky noise wise, one permanent neighbour has THREE dogs! These were a nuisance & we had to complain several times. Dogs apart villa was good & owners agents were very helpful and friendly!

Lovely villa in great family friendly resort
The villa was perfect for the three of us. Far enough out of town to be away from the noise but an easy walk to everything. No need for a car. The bus service was fantastic and the bus stop was just down the road. Fabulous ice cream man came everyday. Really close to a lovely small beach.

Very nice villa for a family. Looked good outside and in.
The villa was just like a home from home place for us. We enjoyed all the aspects it offered. Especially the swimming pool. Great stay and one day we had a power cut the agent was out within 10 minutes and had the problem dealt with quickly. Excellent service and communication throughout.

Villa is well presented in a fairly quite location ,walking distance to the beach and facilities
Good place for families, I would suggest that as it so hot the loungers around the pool ought to have a choice of a free standing parasol, the only parasol offering shade was with the patio table and chairs

We have just returned from this lovely villa ,very comfortable, great pool and patio area. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Around a 15 min walk to centre of town.
Local bar and supermarket at the end of the road.

We stayed in the villa every year since 2013. Everyting was always very good : it is clean, good decor, central location ( we always had a rental car). Particularly noteworthy is the very good service from Sue and Jan. Hope to see you again soon.

Superb
What a lovely property, spacious, welcoming and clean. The villa is close to a lovely little resort with beaches and restaurants. Ideally situated for exploring Cyprus. October is a great time to visit, the weather was amazing without being too hot.
From initial booking to receiving the security deposit back everything went very smoothly. Wonderful all round

Clean, convenient and comfortable.
The property was perfect for the two of us. Clean and well stocked with utensils and crockery. The pool was lovely and the grounds tidy. All in all it suited us as a base to explore the island and close beaches and our nights were spent at local events and nearby bars and restaurants.
The tv setup was poor, but you don’t go abroad the watch telly do you?
It was value for money, we were very happy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa, it had all that we were looking for including often over looked things like a safe and some toys for the kids in the pool. Dealing with Helen was a pleasure and we would happily stay again.
