About this house rental
Located in Frisco, this attractive house for $425 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This Mountain Modern Frisco Home is centrally located a few blocks from Main Street Frisco, which boasts plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops to explore. It comprises 2,500 square feet of luxury! The home features a rooftop deck with private hot tub, gas fireplace, and panoramic views that will leave you speechless! The main living area boasts an open family room with a second fireplace, and a fully stocked, spacious kitchen that seats 10. The house provides 2 master suites with king beds. The main floor hosts one master suite for those with limited mobility. A second master suite is on the second floor along with a bunk room that has a double and twin bed. The basement transforms into a 4th sleeping area, and sleeps an additional 3 people with a daybed, trundle, and roll-away. All bedrooms have their own full bathrooms for added privacy. The house has quick, easy access to numerous ski areas including Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail. Bus services to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge are accessed on Main Street, a few blocks from the house. Several trailheads, including Mount Royal and Rainbow Lake, as well as the bike path that connects Vail to Breckenridge, can all be accessed on foot within minutes. Although a bit further, Frisco Bay Marina is also within walking distance, and is a gem for water sport enthusiasts! It offers a swim beach, fishing, paddle boarding, and sailing, among other water sport activities. You can also rent gear if needed, or dine at the Island Grill, which features fantastic views of Lake Dillon! You won't be disappointed with this amazing Property! It's gorgeous, and in the heart of everything Summit County has to offer! Please note that you must be over 25 to book, and construction has begun on the lot east of the property. The construction will be ongoing through 2023 during normal business hours. This property takes extra precautions due to Covid 19. The property is sanitized, cleaned, and disinfected prior to guest check-in. In addition, all bedding and linens are changed between guests. The housekeeping check-list meets or exceeds CDC cleaning standards.

My family of 10 had a great stay! The house was extremely nice and very spacious! The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep and the gas fireplace was a cozy place to watch the snow fall. We weren’t able to use the hot tub due to high winds but we did take in the amazing views from the rooftop deck! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely check availability on our next trip!

hot tub on roof required filter to run 24/7. Mechanix came out and said it was on last legs and could not do anything to stop noise and vibration. could be heard down to the basement. impossible to sleep on 2nd floor bedrooms. 2 people moved to basement bunks just to get some sleep.. nice place clean well appointed but lack of good nites sleep put a damper on vacation.

Lots of space for our extended family of 9 to stay and use as a home base for our ski trip. Plenty of dishes and rooms. The beds were softer than expected, but manageable.

Perfect starting point for any Summit County vacation! The home is very well kept and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need; just bring the food. Downtown Frisco has several great food options within walking distance. Communication was beyond easy and we were very well taken care of. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun family adventure in Summit County!

Really nice house and would stay again if the upkeep of the property was five star. The hot tub was unusable, towel racks falling of the walls, toilets that wouldn't flush. Not acceptable. When I asked the management for a refund they told me to talk to the owner.

Super location in the heart of the less developed area of Frisco. Nice house, with tons of room. Beds were a little soft for my taste - but that is my own personal gripe. Overall it was a great rental and we enjoyed our stay. Hot tub on the roof is awesome!

Hiking trails are close by and Frisco is an easy drive to Breckenridge. The condo is on several levels so those with mobility issues should be aware. There is also demolition going on right next door where an older property is being torn down for a new build so there were some noise issues during the day.

There is so much room here! With two master bedrooms, it could easily and comfortably accommodate two family’s….plenty of extra space in the basement too! And another full bath down there too! Wonderful mountain escape
This was one of our best vacations! The home was gorgeous, and the roofdeck hot tub was an unbelievable hit with my children! The owner was so inviting and made sure we had everything we needed. Tons of space in the home for us to all spread out. Wonderful experience!

Perfect Place in Frisco
This place is everything as advertised and more. The location is perfect and the views from the hot tub are stunning! Kari was proactive with reaching out to us to make sure we had everything we needed ahead of our arrival and was super responsive with getting back to my one inquiry. This is perfectly located between Main St and all the shopping and the Frisco/Breck/Copper bike path as well as hiking and biking trails all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was absolutely perfect!!! Extremely clean and beautiful. The management helped with anything we needed.
We loved walking into town every night for dinner. Then headed back home to the rooftop For hot tub and fireplace. The Views were spectacular.
The kitchen was well stocked.

The place was very clean and tidy. The home contained nicely appointed modern decor. It had all of the accoutrements to of home. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pots to cook; there is a w/d and grill. The place is spacious and easily accommodates a large group of 10. The rooftop deck was lovely with a hotub. The property manager was responsive.
The only thing I would change is to add a screen door to the door that leads to the outside deck. In August, it is warm during the day/early evening. Being able to open the door at night to establish a cross breeze would have been nice. There are fans but the upper bedroom are warm even with the windows open, That said, we would stay again.

Amazing summer getaway
We stayed at this property for two weeks. It is an amazing place in the mountains. We went hiking/biking every day. The town is the perfect size to enjoy the outdoors and at the same time be close to groceries, restaurants, etc.
The house is great. It gave us all our space and everything was provided for. Any questions we had were promptly answered.
We would love to come back here.
