Location is great. It’s really close to everything, especially city in Saint Julians, so taxi is not needed. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, cleaning ladies also came every single day, which was amazing. We would recommend it to people going to Malta.
We personally didn’t have a problem with anything.

It was close to the St. Julian's center and clubs, but not too close to the clubs so it wasn't too noisy on the night. Internet was perfect. Everything is close (groceries, coffee, ice cream, food..)
There was one cockroach.. Also some sheets had some stains (little bit)

The location, the hospitality and availability of the reception and quick reply of the owner.
The pans are overused, leaking AC, the loose doorknobs.

Good location, pool loads of beds across road from beach, restaurants near by. Bar on site
Dated, smelt musty we were in appt 23 was quite as at the back of resort but overlooked a rough piece of land with rubbish. The walk to the appt was a street which stunk of wee. Which is not the property fault
