We recommend it!

It was very good equipped with almost everything you need, except an iron.. it was clean and confortable. Easy to found and the host responded very quickly. The metro station is pretty close, just a 7-10 min walk

Hate that in the photos and description they say you have AC but in reality there’s just a ventilator that it’s not doing much of a difference, it was crazy hot at night, even with Al the windows opened at maximum I barely got some sleep.

I wouldn't recommend the "Italianway" as a host, no way! For me, never again!

Not much. Maybe, only the size of the room was ok

Stay away from the Italianway if you can. Faceless organisation. Business only - collecting money but no care about comfort and needs of clients. It's a company that manages everything online. There is no personal touch in anything, starting with having access to the apartment leading to living in it and leaving it. Meters long instructions instead of straight answer to what you need! When you travel and are under stress, it is very frustrating to find in such emails what you need. The worst experience I had in my 3 months trip, especially with finding the apartment and entering it. Everything is done by them distanzionno, so if your mobile has a flat battery be prepared for a big problem! Re location, the area of graphites if you are OK with this. The apartment is 10-15 mins walk from Metro, plus another about 10 mins of wandering under the ground if you are new to the area, so it's nearly 30 mins to the centre, to Duoma. I walked, and it would take about 40 mins. About 30-35 mins walk to the Centrale. It was convenient to have a small grocery shop nearby. No problem with coffee shops and some eateries. The room was very basic, I would say good size but not cosy, with very strange, not pleasant for eye pictures on a wall. There is no air conditioner in the room, and the window doesn't have a screen, so if it is opened for fresh air, then there is a problem with mosquitos! The kitchen and a bathroom didn't have essential things, even shampoo as it was listed..

Staff molto cortese e disponibile

La reception è molto lontana dall’hotel e non hai modo di interagire direttamente con il personale, mancava qualche attenzione in più per l’ospite (non c’era acqua all’arrivo, alcune istruzioni per il self check in poco chiare o imprecise)
