I liked the location, as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
I didn't have any particular expectations for the student dormitory. However, I certainly didn't expect to find someone's hair in the bathroom. I’ve stayed at a hostel in Krakow a few times for the same price, and it was cleaner and tidier there.

The location was nice, 15 minute walk to the center, a bolt taxi to there is 12 Zloty as of now when writing this, lots of students, the beds are hard, I didn’t mind that. They only provide 1 towels for each bed initially, but you can ask for more, overall I like it.
The lack of enough towels, the toilet also had a half used toilet roll, but could be a one-off incident.

Comfortable bed and location and very nice staff felt they cared. Very comfortable “hardish” bed.
The room was far within the building but there’s a lift you still have to walk a lot to get to your room.

Very close to city centre.
Do not expect something else , it’s students dormitories.
