The best point was a clothes-manager(Samsung Air-dresser), thanks to which, I could make my coat and pants clean easily. Though the view had no beach, small sea, and many chimneys of factories, it was not bad. The air was very good because of an air cleaner there and wind from the sea before it.
The building was new but didn't look well-managed(thick dust on the furniture, clogging in the bathroom). There were few pieces of furniture( no drawer, no closet) and a uselessly large balcony, instead. For me, more furniture would be better than the balcony. This building was built forward the east so that the sun light came into the room too early. Of course, this can be good or bad but in my case, it felt like too strong light and heat. There was any good path for stroll around it except many streets.
