In a nice part of Dover away from the main drag, that was required for one night. The staff for brilliance, and people drinking in the pub actually very friendly. I really good time and would go back.

Small, but comfortable room above the pub. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.
Quite a lot of steps, so not good if you have limited mobility.

The rooms were nice decorated, very clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious
Parking is limited and first come, first served and carpark is tight. Plenty of parking around village though

Uncomfortable mattress
Couldn't flush toilet in the morning
Food: Chicken Tikka portion size too small, husband was left rather hungry. My Scampi were mushy.
Breakfast: coffee machine coffee was lukewarm.
No fresh orange juice as advertised, we were served an orange squash.....I questioned the lovely lady providing the breakfast who said that they don't serve fresh OJ. I could purchase a fresh one.....she had addressed this issue before with her boss without success.
As the breakfast is included in the room price it would appear that we have to be happy with what we're given.....
