This lovely renovated 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom ground floor unit is now available for you to book for your next Kalbarri Holiday. The Unit is situated across from the pool area and faces north so you have views over the pool. There is 1 x Queen bed in the main room with your bedside tables, bed lamps, hanging plus storage space and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has1 Tri bunk bed ( a double on the bottom and a single on the top) a TV on the wall for the kids to keep amused a bedside table along with hanging space. The Lounge/ dining area has Large screen TV lounges and Dining room setting. The unit has a Reverse cycle, split system air conditioner in the main living area. The bathroom includes shower and toilet. The kitchen has an oven and stove top, includes all cutlery and crockery along with cooking utensils and a microwave, fridge/freezer. This unit also offers a washing machine Iron/ironing board. the complex also has Shared Laundry facilities available , swimming pool and tennis court. This unit is a great way to spend your holiday time here in kalbarri and with the pool so close the bigger kids are right nearby and has green lawns around you as well, it presents clean, neat and tidy. Privately Owned. PLEASE NOTE: 1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you. 2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels. 3. Strictly NO pet property. 4. ALL our properties are fully self contained. 5. NONE of our properties are serviced. 6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town. 7. NO smoking inside our properties. 8. No Schoolies Accepted Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins. Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours. Kalbarri has: - bakeries, butcher, IGA, three fuel stations, post office, tavern, pub, bottle shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, surf shops, chemist, bank agencies, coffee shops, beauty salon, fish and chip shops, sports oval, skate park and much more. This complex has a large pool area comprising a 25 metre lap pool, an extra large wading pool and a toddlers pool. There are share BBQs and two playground areas that will keep children occupied. There are tennis courts for your use but you do need to bring your own rackets and balls Laundry facilities are also available on site (Card payment required)

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is very much in need of serious renovation, inside & out.
Lounge suite was dirty, needs replacing or at least a serious clean.
Icecream wrappers found under lounge��‍♀️ That’s not serious but shows the furniture doesn’t get shifted often.
Towels thin. Crockery was limited.
Garden area sad. Whilst not swimming weather, certainly wouldn’t have swam in pool anyway.
Receptionist very pleasant but unable to assist with a query as different ownership?
Generally it needs a revamp!
It serviced our needs. Would I recommend? Guess I would as not overly expensive, rightfully so & hopefully it receives some much needed attention in the meantime as Kalbarri is a great place to visit.

T.rolls, tea towels, dishwashing liquid, sponge and dishcloth all supplied to, even though advertisement stated to bring your own. Linen/towels all very clean.

We liked our stay. Location is everything when you're on vacation, this apartment is very greatly located. At walking distance from the IGA and the beach. Our only comment is that they could do better at cleaning. Don't misunderstand me, it WAS NOT NASTY DIRTY, just they could do better at paying more attention to detail. :)
